2. Purpose and scope

Under Spanish Law 34/2002, this website presents EnvioMail, an email marketing, campaign, automation and reporting service. SMS, WhatsApp and AI are offered as separate services on request, with their own terms and prior activation. Their connections are not yet enabled for self-service and are not included in email plans. Access confers user status and entails acceptance of these terms of use.

3. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully, diligently and with respect for third parties. Malicious code, unauthorised system or data access, service disruption, spam, fraud and unlawful content are prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

Designs, text, code, structure and the EnvioMail brand belong to INTERAKTIVA 1976 S.L. or are used with permission. Exploitation requires authorisation except as permitted by law. Third-party photographs are used under their licences. Amazon SES and other referenced trademarks belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply sponsorship or affiliation. Campaign views are illustrative examples.

6. Quotes and governing law
