2. Data, purposes and legal bases

We process data provided through forms, email or telephone: name, email, company, telephone and enquiry. We respond to requests and prepare quotes on the basis of pre-contractual steps requested by you. Service management, support and invoicing rely on the contract and legal obligations. Technical logs and anti-abuse measures rely on our legitimate interest in protecting systems. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. Marketing communications require consent or a legally eligible prior relationship, with an easy opt-out.

3. Retention

Enquiries are retained while being handled and generally for up to twelve months after closure. Customer records are retained during the contract and applicable tax, commercial and liability periods. Consent evidence is retained as needed to demonstrate compliance. Technical anti-spam counters are automatically removed after their useful period.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell data. Hosting, email, security, maintenance and professional advisers may access data under appropriate agreements. Data may be disclosed to authorities when legally required. Amazon SES provides campaign sending infrastructure; subprocessors, region and safeguards for international transfers will be specified in the service data processing agreement. Customers are controllers of their lists and content; Interaktiva acts as processor when handling campaigns on their behalf. Google Analytics 4 is used only with prior consent to measure visits and contact clicks, without form data. Its provider is Google Ireland Limited; see our cookie policy for purposes, lifetime and transfer documentation. Google Ads and Meta are not enabled. SMS, WhatsApp and OpenAI services require confirmation of providers, processing agreements and safeguards before activation; commercial pages do not send lists or text to those services.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@interaktiva.es. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

6. Security and automated decisions

We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to risk. The enquiry form does not make solely automated decisions with legal effects. SMS, WhatsApp and AI pages provide information and proposal requests; they do not send messages or generate content. Cookie preferences are stored in the browser. This policy will be updated when processing changes.
