Email marketing pricing by emails sent

EnvioMail pricing is based on the total number of emails sent during the month, rather than how often a contact appears in your lists. One campaign sent to 10,000 recipients uses 10,000 sends; sending it four times uses 40,000. The calculator selects the smallest plan that covers that volume and displays its full monthly fee. Unused sends do not roll over, and any upgrade is agreed before exceeding your allowance. Use the pricing toggle to see amounts with or without VAT.

Yes. We can review where your contacts came from and how they are organised, help prepare a CSV or Excel import, and guide you through domain and sender configuration. We can also work on a template that fits your brand and review the content, links and mobile layout of your first campaign. Onboarding, design and campaign management are quoted according to your needs. Before work begins, your proposal will specify the service scope, costs and included support so that you know exactly what to expect.

EnvioMail sends primarily through Amazon SES, the professional email infrastructure from Amazon Web Services, designed for large-scale campaigns and strong deliverability. We combine this technology with sender configuration and delivery, bounce and unsubscribe monitoring to support each campaign. You benefit from robust infrastructure and data to improve your results. Confirmed delivery means acceptance by the receiving server; it does not guarantee placement in the primary inbox.

Purchased lists and spam campaigns are not permitted. You need a valid legal basis for contacting each recipient and must be able to explain where their data came from and why it was collected. Your messages must identify the sender, provide an easy unsubscribe option and respect contact preferences and suppression. If you are importing an older database or are unsure whether it can be used, we can review the context with you before preparing a campaign. Having someone’s email address does not, by itself, authorise a marketing message.

Email plans do not include these add-ons. Separate bundles start at 500 SMS for €35, 500 WhatsApp marketing messages for €55 and 50 AI text generations for €9, excluding VAT. Each service page explains its scope and limits. Provider connections and self-service access are pending activation: we confirm availability, setup and terms in writing before purchase or payment.
