What is included and how usage is counted
Prepaid marketing bundles for recipients in Spain (+34), valid for 12 months after activation. One credit equals one marketing template message delivered to one person. Prices include sending and provider charges for the agreed bundle. Conversation handling, additional reply messages, chatbots, phone number, onboarding and custom integrations are not included. Transactional notices, other countries and larger volumes require a specific quote. Templates, limits, quality and delivery are subject to Meta rules. Price and activation are confirmed before payment; future provider changes will be communicated before new bundles are purchased.
Before purchasing: We confirm availability, setup, price and support in writing. An enquiry neither activates a service nor creates a charge. The current dashboard focuses on email; these add-ons require an additional connection. Service terms.

Is this the WhatsApp on my phone?
The service is designed around WhatsApp Business Platform, the official business messaging channel. It does not use WhatsApp Web automation or personal accounts.
Can I send a full newsletter?
We adapt the idea to a short message and an approved template, with a link to the full content. Business-initiated promotional messages require the appropriate format and permissions.
Do I need my own number?
We recommend a business-owned account and number. We check whether your existing number is compatible and agree how replies will be handled before onboarding.
Is it available in my dashboard?
The WhatsApp connection requires business-specific activation and is not yet enabled for self-service. Request a proposal and we will confirm requirements, timing and scope before you purchase.
