Service terms

1. Contract and scope
An enquiry does not form a contract. Service starts after acceptance of a quote specifying scope, volume, price, taxes, duration, support and payment terms. Setup, design, management, hosting and integrations are quoted separately unless expressly included. Email plans are monthly with no additional commitment unless expressly agreed. Add-on bundles are prepaid, do not renew automatically and are valid for 12 months from activation. Payment is not requested until availability and setup terms are confirmed. Cancellation and its effective date must be communicated in writing in accordance with the accepted quote.
2. Pricing and usage
Monthly prices are in euros, excluding VAT, and cover the sends included in each plan: 20,000 for €20; 50,000 for €37; 100,000 for €50; 250,000 for €75; 500,000 for €130; 1,000,000 for €250; 2,000,000 for €450. Higher volumes require a custom quote. Each message sent to one recipient counts as one send. The calculator selects the smallest plan covering the requested volume; it does not apply proportional prices between plans. Unused sends do not roll over. Overages require prior approval and a plan upgrade or quote. Setup, design, management, migrations, dedicated IPs, validation and infrastructure extras are quoted separately when requested. SMS, WhatsApp and AI are purchased separately. Final terms and support scope are specified before contracting. Any price change will be communicated before applying to a renewal.
3. Customer obligations
The customer is responsible for lawful lists, content and communications under GDPR and applicable Spanish data protection and e-commerce laws. Customers must demonstrate the legal basis, provide identification and unsubscribe facilities and honour suppression. Purchased lists, spam, impersonation and unlawful content are prohibited. Credentials must be protected and incidents promptly reported.
4. Service and security
Sending depends on limits, reputation and provider availability. Inbox placement and open or conversion rates are not guaranteed. We may pause sending for abuse, complaints or security risks, notifying customers as appropriate. Processing lists requires the appropriate data processing agreement before service delivery. No SLA is provided unless agreed in writing.
5. Add-on services and rights
Published SMS, WhatsApp and AI bundles are indicative offers subject to confirmation and prior activation; they are not yet enabled in the self-service dashboard. SMS: 500 segments for €35, 1,000 for €65 and 5,000 for €300. WhatsApp marketing: 500 delivered messages for €55, 1,000 for €100 and 5,000 for €475. Text AI: 50 generations for €9, 150 for €19 and 500 for €49. Prices exclude VAT; higher volumes require a quote. SMS and WhatsApp pricing applies to Spain (+34). Additional SMS segments consume credits; WhatsApp excludes conversation handling and additional replies. An AI generation allows up to 6,000 input characters and up to 600 output words; new requests use another unit, technical failures without a result do not. Bundles include usage of the selected text model, not a ChatGPT subscription or professional editing. Images, audio, video, web search and automations are excluded. Setup and integrations are quoted separately where applicable. Price changes will be communicated before new purchases, respecting agreed bundles. Customers must review AI content before use.
