What is included and how usage is counted
Prepaid bundles for Spanish mobile numbers (+34), valid for 12 months after activation. One credit equals one SMS segment sent to one recipient. Single messages support up to 160 GSM-7 or 70 Unicode characters; longer messages use multiple credits (153 or 67 characters per concatenated segment). Names, links and opt-outs also count. Usage is confirmed before sending. Sent SMS may consume credit even if undelivered. Other destinations, reply-enabled numbers, automations and integrations are quoted separately.
Before purchasing: We confirm availability, setup, price and support in writing. An enquiry neither activates a service nor creates a charge. The current dashboard focuses on email; these add-ons require an additional connection. Service terms.

Before you start.
Can I use my email groups?
Yes, as a starting point. Only contacts with valid mobile numbers and an appropriate legal basis for SMS are selected. An email subscription does not automatically authorise this channel.
Do recipients need an app?
No. Recipients receive a regular text message. Opening a link requires an internet connection.
Can people reply?
An alphanumeric sender identifies your brand but cannot receive replies. Two-way messaging requires a suitable number and a separate quote.
When will it be activated?
We review your use case, sender and permissions, and confirm activation in writing before payment. SMS sending is not yet enabled in the self-service dashboard.
