What is included and how usage is counted
Text bundles valid for 12 months after activation. One generation is a request with up to 6,000 input characters and an answer of up to 600 words; a new request or regeneration uses another unit. One answer may include several short suggestions. Technical failures without a result do not consume units. Use of the text model selected by EnvioMail is included; ChatGPT Plus is not required. Images, video, audio, web search, chatbots, automations, professional editing and custom integrations are excluded. Content may contain errors and requires your review.
Before purchasing: We confirm availability, setup, price and support in writing. An enquiry neither activates a service nor creates a charge. The current dashboard focuses on email; these add-ons require an additional connection. Service terms.

What can I request in one generation?
For example, five short subject lines, a newsletter draft or a rewrite within the bundle limits. Length and number of suggestions must fit in a single response.
Is this a ChatGPT subscription?
No. This is an EnvioMail add-on that will connect to the OpenAI API. Agreed text usage is included in the bundle and does not grant access to ChatGPT plans.
Do I need to upload my contact list?
No. Describe the message and audience to draft copy. Avoid personal data, sensitive information or secrets. Provider processing terms will be specified before the connection is activated.
When can I use it?
The OpenAI integration is pending activation and text generation is not yet available in the dashboard. Request your preferred bundle and we will confirm availability and terms before any payment.
