Email deliverability: SPF, DKIM and healthy lists
1. Authenticate your domain
Configure SPF and DKIM with your provider and check DMARC alignment. Use a recognisable sender and a monitored reply address.
2. Send to people who expect your messages
Do not use purchased lists. Segment by interest, respect preferences and suppress hard bounces and complaints.
3. Increase volume gradually
Plan domain warm-up and adapt the pace to sending limits. A dedicated IP alone cannot fix a poor list.
4. Read metrics in context
SMTP acceptance does not mean inbox delivery. Review provider events, bounces, complaints and clicks before drawing conclusions.
